Is there an extra charge for delivery and pick-up?
No. Delivery and pick-up is FREE in the Oil City/ Franklin/ Seneca area. Charges may apply to areas outside of Venango County. We will always tell you whether a delivery or pick-up charge may apply.

Will you set-up and take down the rental items too?
Yes. There are three service plans to choose from
based on your needs and what kind of items you rent.

What payment terms apply?
We accept checks or cash. Payment is due two weeks before the event, or cash upon delivery in order to release the rental items to you. A signed rental agreement as well as a 25% deposit are required to reserve items for you. Canopy tents need paid in full to reserve.

When should I reserve rental items?
We suggest you contact us as soon as you know the date of your event. We can tell you if an item is available that day as well as give you a quote. Items are not reserved until the down payment and a signed rental agreement are received.
